Pakistan wrapped up a 3-0 ODI series victory over Bangladesh with victory by 58 runs in Chittagong.
The home side put themselves in with a good chance of a consolation win, only for Pakistan's spinners to shatter their hopes by dismissing them for 119 with 12 overs left unused.
Bangladesh had reached 61-1 after 16 overs in pursuit of 178 when a floodlight failure briefly halted play in their reply.
Second-wicket pair Shahriar Nafees (25) and Mahmudullah (35) seemed in control during a stand of 69 but the former's dismissal triggered a collapse that saw Bangladesh lose five wickets for 14 runs.
Mohammad Hafeez begun the Bangladesh innings by bowling dangerman Tamim Iqbal with the first ball, via an off-break that turned past the left-hander.
Saeed Ajmal conceded only one run in his first five overs - including 28 consecutive dot balls - and then returned to remove Farhad Reza lbw for 21, although replays suggested the right-hander got an inside-edge before the ball hit the pad.
Alok Kapali (12) then went at the start of the next over when he swung to Asad Shafiq at deep mid-wicket, who took the catch at the second attempt, to all but seal Pakistan's win.
That dismissal represented the first of three wickets in eight balls for Shoaib Malik, who finished with 3-6 from four overs.
Ajmal produced the outstanding figures of 7-4-6-2, Abdur Rehman 2-32 and Hafeez 3-27, the latter two each from their full allocations.
Hafeez's day had begun poorly when he was out in the first over of the day. The opener's dismissal did at least serve notice of what was to follow as he could only pick out extra cover when the ball stopped on him.
Asad Shafiq and Younus Khan then fell in successive overs to leave the visitors labouring on 39-3.
Misbah-ul-Haq (47) and Umar Akmal (57) put on 94 for the fourth-wicket to ensure their team would have something to defend.
Thereafter wickets again fell in rapid order with the last seven going down for 44.
Abdur Razzak and Elias Sunny ripped through the middle order as few batsmen seemed willing to show the patience required on a pitch that offered considerable assistance to the slow bowlers.
Bangladesh must now pick themselves up for the first Test match that begins at the same venue on Friday.
